Orders will come directly from the manufacturer and will take 1-5 days of processing time plus the shipping and freight time. Between 5-12 days. 

Receiving time = processing time +shipping time.

3) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated. 

4) PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.

5) Nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely on to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by Stand Tall by Taylor.

6) Receiving time can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, Customs clearance procedures or other causes.
